THE TRAINING CONTINUES IN JT LEX: THE SPOTLIGHT ON VOLLEYBALL AND ITS NEW ORGANISATIONAL MODEL

Certain important deadlines are approaching and JT Lex Studio Legale Tognon is ready for crunch time.

The Legislative Decree No. 39/2021 placed an obligation on the clubs to adopt an Organisational Model for sporting activities, along with the adoption of a Code of Conduct with prevention prototypes to be presented by 31 August 2024.

Furthermore, starting from the 1st of July 2024, each sports club is obligated to appoint a Safeguarding Officer who would be tasked to deal with any potential critical situations arising from the management of possible child abuse.

On this note, JT Lex has embarked on a path aimed at assisting sports clubs on the training required for these crucial issues.

Through the Provincial Committee of the Volleyball Federation of Padova, a training was held in Rubano for all the local sports clubs. Despite an increase in tasks for sports associations, the volleyball world has announced that they are ready to adapt its processes by endorsing best case practices that many companies already have in place.

And, soon after it will be the turn of regional basketball to discuss the new organizational models with Adv. Jacopo Tognon: the appointment is said to have been fixed for June 2024.
