A conference on the topic of “The Jurist of the Third Sector” was held in the prestigious headquarters of Palazzo del Bo’ in Padova on 18 April 2024. It was coordinated by the President of the degree course – Prof. Paolo Sommaggio.
Various topics were discussed by a diverse set of speakers in the presence of the highest civil and military officers including the Undersecretary of Justice Hon. Andrea Ostellari and the Prefect of Padova Dr. Francesco Messina.
Advocate Jacopo Tognon – the founder of JT Lex Studio Legale Tognon delivered a speech on the topic related to Article 33 of the Constitution from a comparative perspective in relation to the various constitutional documents further focussing on topics such as inclusion and intercultural dialogue.
Adv. Jacopo Tognon has been lecturing at the University of Padova for the past 20 years. In particular, he was in charge of teaching Law and Management of Sports Activities including European Sports Policies and Integrity for the academic year of 2023-2024.
