In the charming and enchanting setting of Rijeka and its Faculty of Law, JT LEX – Studio legale Tognon was present with its founder Jacopo Tognon at the first day of the ninth ‘Introduction to the Study of Italian Law’ course.
In the presence of the Consul General of Italy in Rijeka and the President of the Italian Union, the topic of sport in Italian law was discussed, from the origins of the sports system to the reform of sport with Legislative Decree 36/2021 (currently scheduled to come into force on 1 January 2023).
The course was an excellent opportunity to discuss the sport system in Italy and its rules. The comparative and multidisciplinary approach enabled the success of the initiative also thanks to the satisfaction expressed by the many students enrolled in the course.
