The International Sport Law Association (ISLA) hosted its monthly coffee break and this time Jacopo Tognon, the founder of JT Lex – Studio Legale Tognon, facilitated a discussion on the topic “Fair or Foul? The debate over Jannik Sinner’s case”.
Mr Tognon spoke in depth about the facts leading up to Sinner’s suspension and all the legal nuances involved. The presentation soon turned into a fruitful debate amongst the participants, as they discussed and shared their opinions on doping, sanctions and WADA’s role in anti-doping matters.
