It is the first time that – at the FIFA Women’s World Cup – the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne creates a special division.
Mr Jacopo Tognon – attorney at law and founder of JT LEX has been appointed as arbitrator within the mentioned ad hoc division, after his previous experiences at the Men’s FIFA World Cup in 2014, 2018 and 2022. The tournament – involving 32 teams – will finish on Sunday 20 August 2023!
