A conference on the topic of \u201cThe Jurist of the Third Sector\u201d<\/strong> was held in the prestigious headquarters of Palazzo del Bo\u2019 in Padova on 18 April 2024. It was coordinated by the President of the degree course \u2013 Prof. Paolo Sommaggio<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Various topics were discussed by a diverse set of speakers in the presence of the highest civil and military<\/strong> officers including the Undersecretary of Justice Hon. Andrea Ostellari and the Prefect of Padova Dr. Francesco Messina. <\/p>\n\n

Advocate Jacopo Tognon \u2013 the founder of JT Lex Studio Legale Tognon<\/strong> delivered a speech on the topic related to Article 33 of the Constitution from a comparative perspective<\/strong> in relation to the various constitutional documents further focussing on topics such as inclusion<\/strong> and intercultural dialogue<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Adv. Jacopo Tognon has been lecturing at the University of Padova for the past 20 years. In particular, he was in charge of teaching Law and Management of Sports Activities<\/strong> including European Sports Policies and Integrity<\/strong> for the academic year of 2023-2024.<\/p>\n\n
