On 2-3-4 March 2023, the annual Law Congress took place at the Auditorium del Massimo in Rome.<\/p>\n\n

For the fist time sports law was among the subjects dealt with during the three-day meeting held in Rome. JT Lex participated in the event thanks to the presentation on Sport membership and transfers given by the attorney in law, Mr Jacopo Tognon . Mr Tognon has dealt with the matter for over a decade first at the Italian Cycling Federal Appeal Court and then also at the Arbitral Tribunal in football related matters at the Lega serie B.<\/p>\n\n
