Following the decision of the Federal Court of Appeal on 26 October 2022 (which invalidated the election of the President and the Board of Directors of the Professional Cycling League), the Federal Council of the FCI ordered the commissioning of the League, appointing, among others, Extraordinary Commissioner Jacopo Tognon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Commissioners will have to manage the ordinary and extraordinary administration of the association, reviewing the Statute and arranging new elections in order to reconstitute the Board of Directors.
