The analysis started from the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and focused on the jurisprudence of Article 6 of the Convention. The right to a fair trial, the principles of impartiality and impartiality are pillars of law in general, but they are also indispensable values in sports proceedings even before the CAS in Lausanne.
